HOUSTON, March 3 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp said production at its 315,000 barrel per day (bpd) Corpus Christi, Texas, refinery would not be cut by a planned shutdown and overhaul of a gasoline desulfurization unit.
Valero told Texas pollution regulators the unit would be shut on Wednesday for work.
'This is not expected to have a material impact on overall refinery production,' said Valero spokesman Bill Day in a statement.
