* Examiner in Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc case finds evidence does
not support existence of colorable claims in connection with the lending
transactions between federal reserve Bank of New York and Lehman
* Examiner in Lehman case says Fed Chairman Bbernanke told him: 'I speak for
myself, and i think i can speak for others, that at no time did we say, 'we
could save Lehman, but we won't.'
* Examiner says SEC and New York fed did not necessarily share the information
they collected with one another
* Examiner says no colorable claim against Citigroup for holding payments
