March 12 (Reuters) - Sirius XM Radio Inc on Friday
sold $800 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Liberty Media Corp, an affiliate of the issuer, intends to purchase $150 million of the notes in the offering.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $550 million.
JP Morgan was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
