WASHINGTON, March 22 (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate approved legislation on Monday unanimously to:
* Reauthorize Federal Aviation Administration programs; bill must be reconciled with version passed earlier by House of Representatives
* Lay foundation for modernizing air traffic control network
* Raise fuel taxes on private aircraft, including business jets, to help pay for air traffic control modernization
* Put passenger rights provisions on tarmac delays into law
* Require access to all pilot records; make airlines
disclose to consumers at point of ticket sale which feeder airline would operate flight
