FRANKFURT, April 3 (Reuters) - Lenovo Group, the world's No. 4 PC brand, is looking for further acquisitions to strengthen its mobile internet business after reacquiring Lenovo Mobile last year, its chief executive told a German newspaper.
Asked by Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in an interview published on Saturday whether Lenovo would make further acquisitions in this area, Yang Yuanqing said:
'Let's say, we are keeping an eye out. We will make an acquisition if a company really fits, if the price is good and if we think we will be able to integrate it into our group.'
Lenovo bought back its mobile phone unit in November last year for $200 million after spinning it off in 2008.
