JAKARTA, April 5 (Reuters) - Shares in Indonesian coal miner PT Bumi Resources slipped on Monday after the company reported a net loss of $169.77 million in the fourth quarter of 2009, according to Reuters calculations.
The company said its net profit fell 49 percent in 2009 to $190.45 million from $371.69 million a year earlier due to one-off costs related to mining stripping expenses.
The company had made a profit of $155.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2008.
Bumi shares fell 1.09 percent to 2,275 rupiah at 0347 GMT, while the Jakarta index rose 1.62 percent to 2,876.288
