HOUSTON, May 23 (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips reported flaring on Saturday at the Wilmington, California, plant of its 139,000 barrel per day Los Angeles-area refinery due to a compressor malfunction, according to a notice posted Sunday with the California Emergency Management Agency.
The flaring was stopped late on Saturday night, according to the notice.
