HOUSTON, June 3 (Reuters) - Tesoro Corp warned of planned flaring at its 100,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Los Angeles refinery June 6-9, according to a notice filed with California pollution regulators.
The notice said the flaring was not related to a breakdown at the refinery, but did not say which units would be involved. Planned flaring notices are usually indications of planned work at a refinery that will interrupt normal production.
A Tesoro spokesman declined to discuss operations at the Los Angeles refinery.
