HOUSTON, Aug 1 (Reuters) - BP Plc reported flaring at its 437,080 barrel per day (bpd) Texas City, Texas, refinery on Saturday, according to a notice filed with Texas pollution regulators.
BP was attempting to determine the source of the flaring, according to the notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
