* Expects some of its rigs in Mexico to return to the U.S., potentially
generating early termination fees during Q4, Q1
* Continue to expect rise of 10 percent or more in average U.S land rig
activity from Q3 to Q4 - SEC filing
* Expects approx 124 rigs to remain under term contracts during Q4, for U.S
land
* Expects approx 100 rigs to remain under term contracts during 2011, for U.S
land
* Sees average daily rig margins for int'l land segment to decrease by 5-10%
from Q3 to Q4 2010
* Continue to expect decline in average daily rig margins of 15-20 percent in
Q4 for offshore operations
* Qtrly average rig rev/day in U.S. land rig expected to rise by several
hundred dollars per day from Q3 to Q4
