MELBOURNE, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Australian contractor Transfield Services plans to raise capital, it said on Monday, requesting a trading halt of its shares.
The Australian Financial Review said in an unsourced report that Transfield, advised by JPMorgan was going to announce a 'meaningful acquisition in the unlisted space before Christmas.'
