HOUSTON, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Holly Corp (HOC.N) said on Friday that bad weather has delayed its 105,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Artesia, New Mexico, refinery's return to planned rates after a power outage last month.
'Management expects that because of the poor weather conditions, it could take at least an additional week to return to planned operating levels,' the company said.
The Navajo refinery's crude rate had been cut to 40,000 bpd while plant personnel work to restart units after the plant-wide outage on Jan. 26.
