TORONTO, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Canadian Industry Minister Tony Clement will make an announcement on Tuesday regarding a Federal Court ruling on Globalive and its Wind Mobile wireless service.
The Canadian government is widely expected to appeal the federal court ruling, which quashed its move to allow Globalive to operate despite a regulator's concerns that its foreign funding breached Canadian law.
