SYDNEY, Feb 21 (Reuters) - West Australian Newspapers said it had agreed to buy Seven Media Group in a deal worth A$4.1 billion ($4.15 billion), the company said on Monday.
West Australian Newspapers said it would raise A$1.154 billion to fund the acquisition.
WAN agreed to buy Seven Media Group from private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Kerry Stokes' Seven Group . ($1 = 0.988 Australian Dollars)
