HOUSTON, March 6 (Reuters) - Independent U.S. refiner Tesoro Corp reported flaring on Friday night at its 93,500-barrel-per-day Kapolei, Hawaii, refinery due to a compressor malfunction, according to a notice filed with U.S. National Response Center.
The refinery planned to make repairs to the unit involved in the flaring, according to the notice.
