ACCRA, May 11 (Reuters) Ghana's annual inflation fell to 9.02 percent in April from 9.13 percent in March, the statistics office said on Wednesday.

This is a good reading, especially given the inflationary pressures stemming from high oil prices and a relatively weak currency. With inflation remaining in the single digits, it seems almost certain that the Bank of Ghana will keep interest rates on hold at the forthcoming meeting.
