PEKING (dpa-AFX) - Mindray Medical International LTD. (MR) on Friday announced the introduction of the A3 anesthesia system, an anesthesia delivery platform that complements the company's broad range of ultrasound and patient monitoring systems.
The products will be premiered at the American Society of Anesthesiologists conference in Chicago between October 14 and 18.
The company noted that both the A3 and the A5 of the A Series portfolio combine superior performance with operating simplicity, which enable anesthesiologists to meet the rising challenges in today's complex clinical environment. The products' intuitive designs reflect practical refinements that are beneficial to their day-to-day practice. The 15-inch touch screen allows clinicians to select ventilation settings more easily so that they can spend more time on patient care.
