CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - Japan is on Tuesday scheduled to release final September figures for industrial production, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
Little change is expected from last month's preliminary readings that suggested a contraction of 4.1 percent on month and 8.1 percent on year, while capacity utilization was tapped at -2.6 percent on month.
Australia will see the October results for the NAB business confidence survey; the business confidence survey saw a score of 0 in September, while conditions came in at -3.
Finally, markets in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia will be closed on Tuesday for the Deepavali holiday. They will re-open on Wednesday.
