LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Colt Group S.A. (COLT.L, COLT) Thursday said third-quarter revenue declined 8.4 percent to 354.2 million euros from 386.5 million euros, principally as a result of the decision to withdraw from certain low margin carrier voice trading business.
On a constant currency basis Group revenue declined 10.2 percent.
Network Services and Data Centre Services both grew revenues, while Information Technology revenues declined due to lower equipment sales.
Group EBITDA dropped 5.5 percent to 73.7 million euros mainly due to margin compression and non recurring benefits realized last year.
Looking ahead, the firm said 2014 EBITDA guidance issued in the first quarter continues to reflect management's view on the 2014 full year outlook.
