NEW YORK CITY (dpa-AFX) - Standish Mellon Asset Management Co LLC, a fixed income investment boutique of BNY Mellon Investment Management (BK), on Friday named David Leduc as chief executive officer. Leduc will continue to serve as the firm's chief investment officer.
Leduc succeeds Desmond Mac Intyre who will be leaving to pursue other opportunities. Mac Intyre will serve as an advisor to Standish until mid-November.
Leduc has been at Standish for over 20 years, joining the firm as a portfolio manager and analyst for U.S. domestic fixed income in 1995. In addition to serving on the firm's senior management committee, he has held a number of leadership positions, including head of the global fixed income and structured finance teams.
