WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Akamai Technologies Inc (AKAM) released a profit for its fourth quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.
The company said its bottom line climbed to $128.71 million, or $0.72 per share. This was higher than $126.99 million, or $0.70 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.
The company said revenue for the quarter rose 8.0% to $579.16 million. This was up from $536.30 million last year.
