BEIJING (dpa-AFX) - Aoxin Tianli Group, Inc. (ABAC) Thursday announced the appointment of Wocheng Liu as a director, chairman and co- chief executive officer. Liu will replace Li, who resigned from her position as chairperson, effective immediately.
The company said Li will remain with Aoxin Tianli as a member of the Board and co-chief executive officer, focusing on internal operations while Liu will be responsible for external affairs and business development.
Liu has 30 years of experience and has been serving as executive President of Hubei Aoxin Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Aoxin Tianli Group, previously known as Tianli Agritech, Inc., is in the business of breeding, raising and selling breeder and market hogs in China.
