BERLIN (dpa-AFX) - German commercial broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (PBSFF.PK)said that its chief financial officer Gunnar Wiedenfels will leave the company on March 31, 2017. He will become CFO of global media company Discovery Communications and move to New York. ProSiebenSat.1 Media noted that the search for a successor has already begun.
Ralf Peter Gierig, Executive Vice President Group Finance & Investor Relations, is being promoted to Deputy CFO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, with immediate effect.
