To help Americans plan an affordable retirement while maintaining the best quality of life, the personal-finance website WalletHub conducted an in-depth analysis of retiree-friendliness of the 150 largest U.S. cities across 40 key metrics.
They were ranked based on comparative study of a data set ranging from cost of living to retired taxpayer-friendliness to availability of recreational activities.
Each city was graded on a 100-point scale, with a score of 100 representing the most favorable conditions for retirement.
