BEIJING (dpa-AFX) - China Green Agriculture, Inc (CGA) said Friday it has notified the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE that it intends to cure the price deficiency that resulted from the fact that the 30-trading-day average closing price per share of the company's common stock was below $1.00, which is the minimum average share price required for continued listing under NYSE rules.
Under NYSE rules, the company has six months, subject to possible extension, to regain compliance with this continued listing standard and avoid delisting.
The company's common stock continues to be listed and traded on the NYSE, subject to the its compliance with other NYSE continued listing requirements.
