BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - At 4.30 am ET Tuesday, the Office for National Statistics releases UK unemployment data. The ILO jobless rate is seen unchanged at 3.8 percent in three months to April.
Ahead of the data, the pound advanced against its major rivals.
The pound was worth 137.86 against the yen, 0.8919 against the euro, 1.2696 against the greenback and 1.2563 against the franc as of 4:25 am ET.
