SALZGITTER (dpa-AFX) - Salzgitter AG (SZGPF.PK, SZGPY.PK), a German steel major, on Friday announced that it has appointed Birgit Potrafki as chief financial officer.
She will join the Board on February 1 and assume the role of CFO on April 1, 2024. With this, Potrafki will succeed Burkhard Becker, who is scheduled to retire on March 31, 2024.
Potrafki has served in various management roles at the Bosch Group.
