LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Renishaw Plc (RSW.L), a British engineering company, said on Thursday that its Executive Chairman David McMurtry has informed his intension to step down with effect from July 1.
He will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
David Grant, the Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of Interim Non-Executive Chairman whilst the Board begins a process to appoint a permanent successor.
