Heba is reporting stronger income from property management in the first quarter of 2025. Income from property management grew to SEK 55.0 million (54.6). Rental income increased by 11% and net operating income by 15% year-over-year. The NOI margin for the interim period increased to 71.7 from 69.4 in Q1 2024.
The results are evidence of strength and proof that Heba is continuing to deliver. The quarterly outcomes are attributable to acquisitions in 2024 and ongoing cost-effective property management, says Heba Fastighets AB CEO Patrik Emanuelsson.
Comprehensive income for the interim reporting period improved to SEK 53.5m (-40.1). The change in value for Q1 2025 was SEK 18.1m (-52.8), corresponding to 0.1% (-0.4).
Heba's determined efforts towards the green transition continued full force during the quarter. Heba will forge ahead with this even if Europe decides in favour of the proposal to reduce the scope of reporting requirements and which companies are affected.
Heba closed an agreement after the end of the quarter to acquire another elderly care facility, a new build located in Norrtälje. Patrik Emanuelsson, CEO, remarked:
Elderly care facilities currently generate 30% of net operating income. The company now has two stable foundations in residential property and community service property oriented towards elderly care facilities, says Heba Fastighets AB CEO Patrik Emanuelsson.
