Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the British company MaxiMover. The company is specialised in the design and manufacturing of low floor van conversions up to 3.5 tonnes, focused on customised solutions.
In the financial year ended May 2025, MaxiMover reported net sales of approximately GBP 39 million. The company is based in Lincoln, England, UK, and has 47 employees. MaxiMover will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Transportation Products. Consolidation is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2025.
The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco's earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
