Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Dutch company Citodent Imaging B.V. Citodent Imaging develops and sells software for managing X-ray images and diagnostic imaging to dentists in Europe.
In 2024, Citodent Imaging reported net sales of approximately EUR 1.2 million. The company is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and has eight employees. Citodent Imaging will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2025.
The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco's earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
