(Nasdaq: HWKN), a leading water treatment and specialty ingredients company, has completed the acquisition of the assets of Redbird Chemical, Inc. ("Redbird"). Redbird distributes chemicals to its customers in eastern Texas within both the water treatment and industrial markets.
