Väylävirasto (Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency) has today announced its intention to award a public tender for operation and maintenance of state roads over five years in Kemi, Finland, to Terranor Oy, a subsidiary of Terranor Group. The agreement is valued at EUR 18.31 million (approximately SEK 195 million) for the full contract period. The contract will commence on 1 October 2026 and run until 1 October 2031.
The contract covers year-round operation and maintenance of 1,360 kilometers of public roads in Kemi and Tornio area, with European routes 8 and 75 being the busiest.

In accordance with customary procurement procedures, a mandatory standstill period of 14 days will apply before the contract can be formally signed.
