(Nasdaq: IFRX), a biopharmaceutical company pioneering anti-inflammatory therapeutics by targeting the complement system (the "Company"), today announced that it has received a written notice (the "Notice"), dated April 27, 2026, from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) (the "Minimum Bid Price Requirement").
According to the Notice, the Company regained compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement because the closing bid price of the Company's ordinary shares has been $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days, from April 13, 2026 to April 24, 2026, and the matter is now closed.
