WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Cadence Design Systems (CDNS) released earnings for its first quarter that increased from last year
The company's earnings totaled $273.58 million, or $1.00 per share. This compares with $247.64 million, or $0.91 per share, last year.
Excluding items, Cadence Design Systems reported adjusted earnings of $430.41 million or $1.57 per share for the period.
The company's revenue for the period rose 23.1% to $1.242 billion from $1.009 billion last year.
