ALIKO SCIENTIFIC (Ikonisys SA) (Euronext Growth Paris: ALIKO), a company specializing in the early and accurate detection of cancers through a unique, fully automated solution for medical analysis laboratories, today announces the postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual financial report, initially scheduled on April 30, 2025, to no later than May 31, 2025
This postponement is due to the inclusion for the first time of the accounts of Hospitex International in the Group's consolidated financial statement. Hospitex joined the Group in 2024 and its inclusion represents a major step in the Group's growth and transformation. This consolidation process requires thorough integration work to ensure a fair, accurate and consistent presentation of the Group's financial position.
Ikonisys remains committed to delivering high-quality consolidated financial statements that reflect both continuity with past periods and transparency regarding the Group's new structure. The additional time will allow the Company to finalize this process with the rigor and precision expected by its stakeholders.
