Viatris Inc.: Viatris Appoints Andrew Enrietti as Chief Administrative and Transformation Officer

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Viatris Inc. (Nasdaq: VTRS), a global healthcare company, today announced the appointment of Andrew Enrietti as Chief Administrative and Transformation Officer. In this newly created role, Enrietti will oversee the company's Human Relations, Business Transformation, Information Technology, Information Security, Global Transportation and Security, and Global Workplaces and Real Estate functions. The consolidation of these areas centralizes leadership of the company's digital, cultural and structural transformation initiatives and is designed to accelerate the company's ongoing strategic evolution.

Enrietti's over 20-year career includes 10 years of experience with Viatris and its legacy companies, most recently serving as Chief People Officer. Throughout his tenure at Viatris, he has also played a key role in numerous successful business transactions and integrations. With expertise spanning financial services, M&A, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee experience and total rewards, he has been instrumental in supporting the Board of Directors and senior management team in achieving business objectives and driving transformation.
