Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 80 % of the shares outstanding in Cubro Acronet GesmbH ("Cubro").
Cubro is a leading manufacturer and supplier of products and solutions for monitoring, security, and analysis of datacom networks, primarily for European customers in telecommunications, data centers and defense as well as OEM manufacturers. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, employs 37 people and has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 15 million.
Cubro will become part of and complement our existing operations within the IT & Sensors business unit.
Closing will take place at the beginning of January 2026. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
