Shareholders of the Company approved and voted in favour of all matters as set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated July 17, 2025 (the "Circular"). At the Meeting, Lithium Ionic shareholders approved the following items:
- Re-election of the eight director nominees for the coming year, namely, Blake Hylands, Hélio Diniz, Patrizia Ferrarese, David Gower, Lawrence Guy, Michael Shuh, David D'Onofrio and Ian Pritchard;
- The re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor of the Company; and
- The re-approval of the Company's existing stock option plan.
