Done.ai Group AB: Done.ai Group AB establishes its Done Operating System Framework, reaching the first milestone of launching its expanding portfolio of integrated services

Done.ai Group AB ("Done.ai") today announces that the Done Operating System framework ("Done OS") is now technically established, representing a major milestone in the Company's strategy to build a scalable AI-driven one stop shop for software and financial services.

Done OS is a developed and tested architecture, enabling seamless integration of new services and modules within a secure single sign-on environment, tightly connected to Done.ai's data platform and AI infrastructure. The framework has successfully completed its pilot phase and is now ready to connect and onboard the new services scheduled for launch.

Done.ai has several development projects in the pipeline, by integrating existing functionality as modules in Done OS as well as implementing completely new products and services. Through Done.ai's exclusive distribution agreement with Finago, its financial services products will be integrated into Finago's customer base of more than 30,000 businesses and offered to Done.ai's own 15,000 customers, creating a substantial embedded distribution opportunity.

Significant Market Opportunity
With the core framework now established, Done.ai will focus on integrating its portfolio of new and existing solutions into the platform. Several key modules are scheduled for launch during 2026, including:

· Done MRP, a full manufacturing resource planning system covering production, inventory and purchasing, fully integrated with Finago in April.
· Done Accounting, AI-driven accounting service combining software and authorized accountants at a fixed monthly price in April
· AI-driven CRM system in May
· Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment solution in July/August
· Corporate card and spend management platform in September

Combined, these initial products and services address a total market of several billion SEK. The Done OS provides a stronger customer offering and retention while leading to increased revenue per customer.

Financial Targets
With the Done OS now established and its first modules coming live, Done.ai has the commercial foundation to communicate meaningful financial targets. The Company intends to present its medium-term financial targets to the market in the second half of April 2026.
