ALL RESOLUTIONS PRESENTED BY THE COMPANY HAVE BEEN ADOPTED

PARIS FRANCE and CAMBRIDGE, MA / ACCESSWIRE / June 16, 2023 / Biophytis SA (NASDAQ:BPTS)(Euronext Growth Paris:ALBPS), («Biophytis» or the «company»), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of therapeutics that are aimed at slowing the degenerative processes associated with aging and improving functional outcomes for patients suffering from age-related diseases, today announces the approval by a very large majority of all resolutions presented by the company and falling within the remit of the Annual General Meeting.

Thanks to the mobilization of shareholders, the AGM could be held with a quorum of more than 26% of the shareholders present or represented.

The 10 resolutions presented by the company were approved at a very large majority and were notably comprising the approval of the company's statutory and consolidated accounts for the fiscal year 2022, the allocation of profit & loss for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, and the renewal of Mr. Jean Mariani as a board member.
