Eniro Group AB (publ) ("Eniro") announces that, by decision of 18 February 2026, the Supreme Court has set aside the judgment of the Svea Court of Appeal of 2 April 2025 and the judgment of the Solna District Court of 28 June 2024 and dismissed the case. The decision was made after the parties stated that they had reached a settlement and jointly requested that the judgments be set aside and the case dismissed.
The settlement was made public by Eniro on 10 February 2026 and means that Kapatens withdraws all appeals and waives any further claims against Eniro or its board of directors.
