OTC "BMXI") is very pleased to announce that auditing of the company's 2021/22 accounts is now complete and the Audit Opinion for Russell Bedford signed. A copy of the signed accounts will be uploaded to OTC Markets later today for review.. In the meantime, our auditors are working on completing audits for the 2023/24 accounts, for which all relevant information has been uploaded onto the Company's Xero accounting system data on iCloud. We will make further announcements as this process moves to completion and as we prepare to move forward on our strategy of SEC fully reporting status and uplisting.
