Intellego Technologies AB ("Intellego") announces that Henrik Resmark, who will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at the latest on 2 January 2026, will also take on the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), at the latest on 10 February 2026. Hans Denovan, currently CFO, will assume focusing on further strengthening Intellego's operations, future organization and infrastructure.
Henrik Resmark brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership and business development in public companies, most recently serving as CFO of Maximum Entertainment AB, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. His extensive background in corporate finance, financial analysis, and business development across both private equity-owned and publicly listed companies will further strengthen Intellego's financial organization.
This organizational development is part of Intellego's ongoing efforts to optimize its executive structure and ensuring continued scalability and sound governance in line with its growth ambitions and increased communication with Intellego's shareholders which Henrik will focus on together with the company's new IR advisors.
